Use below query to check Triggers in an Oracle database.



select  
 TABLE_OWNER,
 TABLE_NAME,
 TRIGGER_NAME,
 TRIGGER_TYPE,
 TRIGGERING_EVENT,
 STATUS
from  dba_triggers
order by TABLE_NAME, TRIGGER_NAME
